ZERUI INTELLIGENCE grew out of years of hands-on international energy and commodity trading, where verifying counterparties, goods, documents, banking relationships and transaction structures is not optional — it is part of executing the trade.
These capabilities were not originally developed as consulting services. They were built because we needed them to protect our own transactions.
Over time, we learned that the safety of an international trade cannot be determined by a company registration record, a certificate, a website or a single document.
A company may be real. A contact may be real. A vessel may be real. A cargo document may look authentic. A bank account may belong to a legitimate financial institution.
But that does not automatically mean the transaction itself is real, authorized, commercially coherent or safe to execute.
Can the counterparty, goods, documents, logistics, bank account, payment structure and contractual relationships be connected into one coherent commercial chain supported by independent evidence?
Our work starts with three basic questions: Is the counterparty real? Are the goods real? Is the transaction real? We then test the relationships that determine whether the transaction can actually be executed safely.
Who is the real contractual counterparty? Who has authority to sign? Is the person communicating with the buyer actually authorized?
Does the supplier manufacture, own, control or have access to the goods? Do claimed volumes, production or purchase capability make commercial sense?
Do product specifications, inspection certificates, bills of lading, vessel records, warehouse records and logistics information refer to the same commercial reality?
What happens after payment? Who controls the original documents? When do title and risk transfer? Does the proposed instrument actually protect the parties?
Every international transaction contains risk. The real questions are what the risk is, where it exists, how strong the evidence is, whether it can be controlled and what needs to change before the transaction proceeds.
When identity, authority, cargo ownership, documentation or payment instructions cannot be independently verified, we help surface the issue before funds are exposed.
When the transaction is legitimate but the structure is weak, we help identify control points: payment terms, evidence requirements, inspection, document release, title control and bank-instrument structure.
When the commercial foundation is genuine, our objective is to help turn uncontrolled risk into identified, structured and manageable risk.
Typical clients include international trading companies, importers, exporters, industrial buyers, procurement teams, commodity traders, manufacturers and distributors.
Our work is evidence-led. We distinguish verified facts, analytical judgments and unresolved questions, and we remove identifying transaction details from public case material.
Findings are tied to the sources and relationships that support them, not to assumptions or generic risk labels.
Client documents and transaction information are used for the agreed review and shared with specialists only where necessary.
Names, exact dates, IMO numbers, counterparties and sensitive commercial identifiers are removed or masked before public use.
As cross-border trade becomes more complex, the ability to verify a transaction is becoming as important as the ability to find one.
